The breakfast was well stocked and had everything you could want. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to restaurants and shops with a nearby bus stop. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The biggest issue with this hotel was the lack of functioning internet, which made it difficult to plan our activities. the noise level from the street made it difficult to sleep at night.

Great value for money. The location is very convenient for business travelers, with easy access to the city center and public transportation. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and had a good variety of options.
The noise from the traffic outside was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep at night. The rooms were also quite warm and stuffy despite the provided fan. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable, which was frustrating for trying to work from the room.

I had a great stay in this city as the hotel was located in the really center, which made transportation and exploring the city really easy. The hotel itself was spotless and had all the necessary facilities, especially the breakfast was excellent. The staff was really polite and friendly which made me feel comfortable.

This hotel has a convenient location, being quite close to the city centre, the train station LAM BLU and Tirrenia beach. The area also has a great cultural offer, with the beautiful big museum in Firenze nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean and have modern facilities, such as big screen TVs. The bathrooms are well maintained and offer plenty of towels. the hospitable owner provides well-stocked kitchen facilities to assist guests with meals.
The hotel lacks air conditioning in the largest bedroom, which can be a bit uncomfortable during the hotter months.

The location in the center of the city was perfect, as it allowed easy access to shopping streets, restaurants, and bars. The room amenities were top-notch, with a spacious sitting area and a dining table where I could enjoy my meals. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the free toiletries provided were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV kept me entertained during my downtime.
